Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team!

· Create high-quality 3D architectural renderings and realistic visualizations.

· Develop interior and exterior perspectives based on architectural drawings and design concepts.

· Prepare 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials.

· Coordinate with architects and designers to meet project requirements.

· Revise renderings based on client feedback and project specifications.

· Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage.

· Proficient in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp,

Lumion, Enscape, or D5 Render.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop.

· Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· A PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO IS A MUST. Applications without a portfolio will not be onsidered.
