Job Title: Admin Assistant & Document Controller

Location: Dubai

Job Type: 3 Months (Extendable)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant & Document Controller to support the Legal Department with administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Legal Director and Legal team.
  • Manage, organize, and control legal documents, contracts, and corporate records.
  • Assist in contract reviews, document revisions, and preparation of basic legal documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external law firms, and government authorities when required.
  • Maintain legal templates, the legal library, and company trademarks.
  • Track legal invoices, filings, and corporate documents to ensure proper records and compliance.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all legal documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
