The Role We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Program Manager to lead cross-functional aerospace programs from planning through successful delivery while coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and supporting high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate aerospace programs from planning through delivery.
- Develop program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate technical reviews, project meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Support product development, engineering change, testing, and implementation activities.
- Manage program documentation, reports, and executive updates.
- Identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, deliverables, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external partners where required.
- Support quality, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Drive process improvements that enhance program efficiency and delivery.
- Prepare regular program reports and recommendations for management.
- Promote collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Stay informed about aerospace technologies, industry developments, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in aerospace, aviation, engineering, program management, or a related role.
- Good understanding of program management and engineering project delivery.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and technical projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of aerospace quality or regulatory environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Relevant aerospace or project management certifications are welcome but not required.
