We’re hiring: Head of Engineering (AI / Agent-Native)

We’re building an Agent-Native OS for the restaurant industry.

Our MVP is ready. The next stage is launch, product development, and scaling.

AIKA is a resident of the DIFC Innovation Hub in Dubai, and we’re looking for a strong engineering leader to join our core team and become one of the key people building a global AI company.

What we’re looking for

* 5 years of software engineering experience

* Experience building and scaling SaaS products

* Proven experience leading engineering teams

* Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, and AI Agents

* Experience at leading technology companies or fast-growing product startups is a strong advantage

* Background in Food Delivery, Marketplace, Logistics, ERP/POS/CRM, or FinTech is a plus
