岗位概述
我们正在寻找一名薪酬核算主管,核心负责区域内员工薪酬核算与福利管理全流程工作,聚焦薪酬精准发放与福利高效落地,确保所有薪酬福利工作合规、及时、无差错,提升员工薪酬福利体验,协同全球人力资源团队对齐集团战略,支撑公司人才激励与留存目标,同时严格遵循本地相关法规,规避各类薪酬福利相关合规风险。
主要职责
- 薪酬核算管理(核心)
- 全面统筹区域内所有员工(本地雇佣及跨境派驻)的薪酬核算工作,涵盖基本工资、绩效工资、奖金、津贴、加班费、个税代扣代缴等全项薪酬构成,确保每月薪酬核算精准无误、按时完成,杜绝核算差错。
- 负责薪酬发放全流程协调,对接财务部门、合作银行,确认薪酬发放明细,跟踪薪酬到账情况,快速响应并解决薪酬发放过程中的各类异常问题(如薪资差异、到账延迟、个税核算偏差等)。
- 建立并维护薪酬核算台账,定期核对员工薪酬信息、考勤数据、绩效结果与薪酬核算的一致性,确保薪酬数据可追溯、可核查,同步更新人力资源系统薪酬模块数据,保障数据准确性。
- 结合本地劳动法规、税法及集团薪酬政策,优化本地薪酬核算流程,简化冗余环节,提升核算效率,降低核算风险,推动薪酬核算工作标准化、规范化。
- 员工福利管理(核心)
- 全面负责区域内员工福利体系的落地、维护与优化,涵盖社保、公积金、商业保险、带薪休假、节日福利、年度体检、员工补贴等各类福利项目,确保福利项目符合本地法规及公司政策要求。
- 对接各类福利供应商(保险公司、体检机构等),维护良好合作关系,协调福利服务落地,及时更新员工福利信息,耐心解答员工关于福利政策、福利申领、福利报销等各类咨询,提升员工福利体验。
- 定期梳理本地福利政策及行业福利标准,结合员工需求调研结果,提出福利体系优化建议,协助推动福利项目升级,增强员工归属感与满意度。
- 负责福利相关费用的核算、申报与管控,跟踪福利费用使用情况,确保福利支出合规、合理、透明,编制福利费用分析报告,为成本管控提供数据支持。
- 合规与风险管控
- 严格遵守本地劳动法、税法、社保法规及公司薪酬福利政策,确保薪酬核算、个税申报、福利发放、社保备案等所有工作合法合规,主动识别并规避薪酬福利相关合规风险。
- 协同全球人力资源合规团队、财务团队,完成薪酬福利相关合规报告、税务申报、社保年审等工作,配合各类合规检查与审计,提供相关资料与数据支撑。
- 跟踪本地薪酬福利相关法规变动,及时更新薪酬核算与福利管理流程、操作规范,组织团队学习新规,确保工作始终贴合最新法规要求。
- 相关方协作与持续改进
- 与全球人力资源团队(薪酬福利模块、人力资源系统团队)紧密协作,对齐集团薪酬福利标准,同步本地执行情况,反馈本地需求与问题,推动集团政策与本地实际的有效衔接。
- 对接本地业务部门,了解各业务线薪酬福利需求,提供定制化支持,协助业务部门开展人才激励相关工作,联动财务部门做好薪酬福利费用对账工作。
- 定期编制薪酬福利相关报告(薪酬发放报告、福利支出报告、合规报告等),为全球人力资源决策与本地管理提供精准数据支持,持续优化薪酬福利管理工作。
任职要求
经验与教育背景
- 3年以上薪酬核算、薪酬福利管理相关工作经验,至少1年跨国公司薪酬管理经验,有油气行业经验者优先,具备主管级管理经验者优先。
- 人力资源管理、财务管理、工商管理或相关专业本科学历。
- 必须熟悉本地劳动法、税法、社保法规及薪酬福利相关政策,精通本地薪酬核算流程、个税申报要求及福利相关规定。
- 有用友BIP系统薪酬模块使用经验者优先,熟练使用专业薪酬核算工具者优先。
技术能力
- 精通薪酬核算逻辑,能够独立完成全流程薪酬核算,熟练处理薪酬核算、发放过程中的各类异常问题,具备极强的数据敏感度与准确性。
- 熟练使用微软办公软件(尤其Excel高级功能,如数据透视表、函数运算)、薪酬核算工具及数据分析工具,能够高效完成数据整理、核算与报告编制。
- 熟悉人力资源系统薪酬模块操作,能够独立完成系统配置、数据维护、报表导出及系统优化相关工作。

Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll &
Benefits Supervisor, who will be fully responsible for the entire process of payroll calculation and benefits management for employees in the region. Focusing on accurate payroll payment and effective implementation of employee benefits, this role ensures that all payroll and benefits work is compliant, timely and error-free, enhances employees' payroll and benefits experience, collaborates with the global HR team to align with the group's strategy, supports the company's talent motivation and retention goals, and strictly follows local relevant regulations to avoid various payroll and benefits-related compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Calculation Management (Core)
- Fully coordinate the payroll calculation for all employees in the region (locally hired and cross-border assigned), covering all salary components such as basic salary, performance salary, bonus, allowance, overtime pay, and personal income tax deduction and payment, ensuring that monthly payroll calculation is accurate, completed on time, and free of errors.
- Responsible for the entire process coordination of salary payment, coordinate with the finance department and cooperative banks, confirm the details of salary payment, track the status of salary arrival, and quickly respond to and solve various abnormal problems during salary payment (such as salary differences, delayed arrival, personal income tax calculation deviations, etc.).
- Establish and maintain payroll calculation ledgers, regularly verify the consistency between employee payroll information, attendance data, performance results and payroll calculation, ensure that payroll data is traceable and verifiable, and synchronously update the data of the payroll module in the HR system to ensure data accuracy.
- Optimize the local payroll calculation process in combination with local labor laws, tax laws and group payroll policies, simplify redundant links, improve calculation efficiency, reduce calculation risks, and promote the standardization and normalization of payroll calculation work.
- Employee Benefits Management (Core)
- Fully responsible for the implementation, maintenance and optimization of the employee benefits system in the region, covering various benefit items such as social security, provident fund, commercial insurance, paid leave, holiday benefits, annual physical examination, and employee subsidies, ensuring that benefit items comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with various benefit suppliers (insurance companies, physical examination institutions, etc.), maintain good cooperative relations, coordinate the implementation of benefit services, update employee benefit information in a timely manner, patiently answer various employee inquiries about benefit policies, benefit application, benefit reimbursement, etc., and improve employees' benefit experience.
- Regularly sort out local benefit policies and industry benefit standards, put forward suggestions for optimizing the benefit system based on the results of employee demand surveys, and assist in promoting the upgrading of benefit projects to enhance employees' sense of belonging and satisfaction.
- Responsible for the calculation, declaration and control of benefit-related expenses, track the use of benefit expenses, ensure that benefit expenditures are compliant, reasonable and transparent, and prepare benefit expense analysis reports to provide data support for cost control.
- Compliance & Risk Control
- Strictly abide by local labor laws, tax laws, social security regulations and company payroll and benefits policies, ensure that all work such as payroll calculation, personal income tax declaration, benefits payment and social security registration is legal and compliant, and actively identify and avoid payroll and benefits-related compliance risks.
- Collaborate with the global HR compliance team and finance team to complete payroll and benefits-related compliance reports, tax declarations, social security annual inspections, etc., cooperate with various compliance inspections and audits, and provide relevant data and data support.
- Track changes in local payroll and benefits-related regulations, timely update payroll calculation and benefits management processes and operating standards, organize team members to learn new regulations, and ensure that the work is always in line with the latest regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the global HR team (payroll and benefits module, HR system team) to align with the group's payroll and benefits standards, synchronize local implementation status, feedback local needs and issues, and promote the effective connection between group policies and local reality.
- Coordinate with local business departments, understand the payroll and benefits needs of each business line, provide customized support, assist business departments in carrying out talent motivation-related work, and link with the finance department to do a good job in the reconciliation of payroll and benefits expenses.
- Regularly prepare payroll and benefits-related reports (such as salary payment reports, benefit expenditure reports, compliance reports, etc.) to provide accurate data support for global HR decision-making and local management, and continuously optimize payroll and benefits management work.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- 3 years of experience in payroll calculation and payroll & benefits management, with at least 1 year of payroll management experience in a multinational company. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred, and supervisory-level management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Financial Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Must be familiar with local labor laws, tax laws, social security regulations and payroll & benefits-related policies, and proficient in local payroll calculation processes, personal income tax declaration requirements and benefit-related regulations.
- Experience in using cloud-based platform (e.g., Yongyou BIP system) payroll module is preferred, and proficiency in professional payroll calculation tools is preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in payroll calculation logic, able to independently complete the full-process payroll calculation, skillfully handle various abnormal problems in the process of payroll calculation and payment, and have extremely strong data sensitivity and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, function operations), payroll calculation tools and data analysis tools, able to efficiently complete data sorting, calculation and report preparation.
- Familiar with the operation of the payroll module of the HR system, able to independently complete system configuration, data maintenance, report export and system optimization related work.
