Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Event Coordinator, based in Dubai. The Assistant Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of cybersecurity workshops and events. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and partners, assisting with event promotion, ensuring smooth on-site operations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure participant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Technical Background (AI tools)
• Familiarity with Sales and client relationship management
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Proficiency in Hubspot and event management software is a plus
• Knowledge in cybersecurity is preferred
• Arabic speaker preferred
