Beekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Beekeeper / Honey Establishment Keeper to manage commercial beekeeping operations, honey production, and hive maintenance. The role requires hands-on expertise in apiculture, strong operational skills, and the ability to manage field activities independently. A valid driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial beekeeping operations, including hive setup, maintenance, and migration.
• Monitor bee health, colony strength, and productivity; identify and control pests and diseases.
• Oversee honey extraction, processing, storage, and quality control in line with food safety standards.
• Ensure optimal honey yield through proper seasonal planning and feeding strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of hive performance, production volumes, treatments, and losses.
• Handle equipment management including hives, frames, extractors, tools, and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with agriculture, food safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise farm workers or assistants involved in beekeeping activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate transportation of hives and honey products as required.
