WE ARE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPER – DESIGN EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our growing team in Dubai.

Industry: Architecture / Engineering / Interior Design / Design Consultancy

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3+ years in Business Development, preferably within the design, architecture, engineering, interior design, or construction industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and industry partners
Generate leads and convert opportunities into projects
Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and pitches
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/technical team to develop suitable solutions
Monitor market trends and identify potential projects and opportunities
Attend networking events, meetings, and industry activities to expand the company's network
Follow up on leads, tenders, proposals, and business opportunities
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's design and technical services

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the design industry

✔ Background or strong understanding of Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Construction

✔ Existing network of clients and industry contacts is an advantage

✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to understand and communicate design/technical requirements

✔ Target-driven, proactive, and confident in dealing with clients

✔ UAE market experience is preferred
