Business Development Representative

Cache is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead two parts of the business: regional development across the GCC and large multi dwelling developments in the UAE.

You'll come from the integration or smart home integration side of the industry in the UAE, bring established relationships with large developers, consultants and contractors, and be excited by travelling across the region to develop our portfolio of premium AV and home automation brands.

What you'll be doing

• Leading regional growth across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, including appointing and supporting integrator partners in each market
• Owning the UAE pipeline for large multi-dwelling developments: towers, master communities and branded residences
• Building relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, architects and interior designers
• Getting our brands specified early in the project lifecycle and managing the full cycle through to handover
• Delivering technical proposals, presentations and product demos, in the office and on site
• Hitting and exceeding targets
• Representing Cache at trade shows, industry events and networking functions across the GCC
• Working closely with our technical team to ensure smooth project delivery

What we need from you

• Minimum 3 years in a sales or business development role
• Minimum 3 years working directly for an integrator or smart home integration business in the UAE
• Established network across large developers, consultants and contractors in the UAE
• Willingness to travel regularly across the GCC
• Hands on technical knowledge of AV and automation systems, control platforms and networking fundamentals
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)

Nice to have

• Existing contacts in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman
• Experience with brands such as Crestron, Control4, Savant and Lutron
• AVIXA CTS or KNX certification
• Understanding of MEP coordination and AV integration into construction timelines
• Familiarity with Dubai's major developers and key projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or equivalent
