CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE – NEW PROJECTS

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Client Representative – New Projects | Arabic Speaker to represent the Chairman/Owner’s interests across new commercial and residential development projects in the UAE.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and external project stakeholders, providing high-level oversight throughout the full project lifecycle — from commencement and execution through completion and final handover.

This is a senior-level position requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, sound professional judgment, and the ability to safeguard the Owner’s interests across cost, risk, quality, compliance, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Owner Representation & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the first-level point of contact between the Chairman and all external stakeholders involved in new development projects.
• Represent and safeguard the Owner’s interests throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination and accountability among all concerned parties.

Project Oversight & Execution

• Monitor project cost, risks, quality, progress, and delivery schedules from commencement through completion and handover.
• Ensure projects are executed in strict accordance with approved designs and specifications, agreed timelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Risk Management, Cost Control & Variations

• Ensure all project variations are properly reviewed and evaluated before obtaining the Owner’s approval and sign-off.
• Monitor and manage associated costs and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are developed and implemented to address all foreseeable risks associated with project execution.

Approvals & Compliance

• Coordinate and follow up with Consultants and the PRO to expedite regulatory approvals and utility connections.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Handover & Post-Project Delivery

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and snagging activities through final project handover.
• Ensure all required documentation, including warranties, as-built drawings, and related handover records, is complete and properly handed over to the Building Operations Team.

Candidate Profile • Language: Arabic and English

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience handling mid- and large-scale commercial and residential development projects in the UAE.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and document control & tracking systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute-resolution skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness, professional judgment, and the ability to effectively represent and safeguard the Owner’s interests throughout the complete project lifecycle.
