Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. This role oversees the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational efficiency of venue and related business activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, approving budgets, monitoring financial results, and guiding leadership teams in sales, marketing, operations, and guest services.

The Owner collaborates with internal and external partners to drive growth, maintain brand standards, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves engaging with local community stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and making key decisions that support long-term success and a positive disruption in the market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within sports, live entertainment, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, investment analysis, and long-term strategic planning.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, build inclusive work environments, and foster accountability and high performance.
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies, partnerships, and new revenue initiatives for complex businesses or venues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the business to partners, clients, and community leaders.
• Knowledge of venue operations, guest experience standards, and relevant legal and regulatory considerations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent ownership/entrepreneurial experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area and commit to the demands of a full-time leadership role.
