Content QA - Freelance | Remote (Dubai/Abu Dhabi onsite welcome)

We're looking for a Freelance Content QA to help us deliver the world's best digital content for an exciting travel and tourism project. Starting immediately.

Create. is a strategic, digital creative communications agency building fans by connecting brave regional storytellers with their communities. We partner with the region's nation builders as well as some of the most exciting regional and global brands.

The platform helps tourists and residents plan experiences. The current phase of this exciting project involves a high volume of new and updated content across hundreds of islands, experience and operator listings, and every page that goes live carries the client's brand and ours. We need a Content QA to check copy accuracy and consistency, verify CMS entries against source content, and validate links, images, metadata and formatting across English pages, coordinating checks on Arabic pages too.

What You'll Do

• Check CMS entries against source content and style guide for accuracy and consistency
• Systematically test links, images, alt text, metadata and on-page formatting across hundreds of listings
• Coordinate checks on Arabic pages alongside content counterparts
• Write clear, reproducible issue reports that copywriters and developers can action fast
• Separate must-fix from nice-to-fix to keep the publish schedule moving
• Build and improve QA checklists rather than just follow them

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years in content QA, editorial QA, proofreading or web content operations, ideally agency or publishing
• Experience QA-ing content in a CMS across large page volumes: directories, e-commerce catalogues or content platforms
• Excellent English proofreading: grammar, spelling, punctuation, style-guide and tone-of-voice adherence
• Strong checklist and documentation discipline
• Comfortable working with copywriters, CMS editors and developers to triage and close issues
• Arabic reading ability, plus familiarity with SEO basics and accessibility checks, is a plus

• Direct line to the Digital Content Lead, copywriter and dev QA for fast triage
