Contracts Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end contract administration for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, amendments and variations.
• Handle claims, change orders and contractual correspondence.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and contractual exposures.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Project and Finance teams.
• Support tender documentation, bid evaluations and award recommendations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on contractual matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Business or related field.
• 8 years of experience in Contracts/Commercial roles within Oil & Gas/EPC.
• Strong experience in EPC/EPCM contract administration, claims and variations.
• Experience with Onshore Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms, commercial risk and change management.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
