About Glitch Socials Glitch Socials is a Dubai-based creative production agency specializing in high-end advertising, AI-generated content, 3D animation, product visualization, and cinematic campaigns for luxury and international brands.

We are looking for a highly creative, versatile, and technically skilled AI Creative Artist & Multimedia Designer who can combine artificial intelligence, graphic design, video editing, and animation to produce exceptional visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create highly realistic AI-generated images and cinematic videos using the latest AI software.
• Produce premium advertising visuals, product campaigns, and creative content.
• Edit professional videos with seamless transitions, sound effects, music, and cinematic pacing.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Design high-quality graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Combine AI-generated content with traditional editing, animation, and compositing techniques.
• Develop creative concepts and execute projects independently from start to finish.
• Maintain exceptional visual quality, realism, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the creative and 3D teams on commercial productions.
• Continuously explore new AI technologies, creative tools, and production techniques.

Required Skills & Software AI Generation

• Experience with AI image and video generation tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Midjourney, Flux, or similar platforms.
• Ability to produce photorealistic AI content with consistent characters, products, lighting, and environments.
• Strong understanding of AI workflows and prompt engineering.

Graphic Design

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, lighting, color, and visual aesthetics.
• Professional photo manipulation, retouching, and compositing.

Video Editing & Animation

• Adobe After Effects.
• Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sound design skills, including sound effects, music synchronization, and audio editing.
• Motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and cinematic transitions.
• Ability to transform static images into engaging animated content.

Additional Advantages

• Blender or Cinema 4D experience.
• 3D animation and CGI.
• ComfyUI and advanced AI workflows.
• Experience creating luxury product advertisements.
