Role Summary:

Responsible for analyzing the current invoice-related data landscape, identifying all source systems and data flows, and designing the target e-Invoicing data architecture. The role requires strength in data mapping, source-to-target analysis, data modelling, requirements gathering, and solution design, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into a robust target-state design. Experience with UAE VAT / e-Invoicing or financial data is preferred.

Skills and Experience:

Must Have :

• Analyse the current invoice-related data landscape and document all source systems and data flows
• Strong data analysis skills to profile, assess, and interpret complex datasets
• Design the target e-Invoicing data architecture, including data stores, models, and integration patterns
• Data modelling expertise (conceptual, logical, and physical; Star/Snowflake schemas)
• Perform source-to-target mapping and detailed data-lineage documentation
• Solution and data architecture design aligned to business and compliance requirements
• Advanced SQL for data profiling, validation, and analysis
• Requirements gathering and translation of business needs into technical solution designs
• Stakeholder management across business, finance, and technology teams
• Define data quality, validation, and reconciliation rules for the target architecture

Good To Have:

• UAE VAT / e-Invoicing domain knowledge
• Experience with finance systems and financial data
• ERP integration experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse experience
• API / integration knowledge (REST/SOAP)
