Developer

Role Overview: Sama X is seeking a Software Developer to provide on-site technical solutions and support for our connectivity operations. You will build the tools, scripts, and reports required to maintain a smooth "Quote-to-Cash" lifecycle, serving as the technical resource for rapid troubleshooting and system enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Tooling & Scripting: Develop and maintain custom functions, widgets, and scripts (primarily in Deluge, Python, or JavaScript) to automate tasks.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain complex reports and real-time dashboards in Analytics to provide visibility into inventory, service status, and financial performance.
• L2 Technical Troubleshooting: Provide second-level support for operational issues, identifying and fixing bugs in automation triggers, data syncs, or custom integrations.
• Technical Implementation: Implement technical specifications provided by the BA/QA team, ensuring that custom-built solutions are scalable and performant.
• System Maintenance: Ensure the health of the Zoho ecosystem, managing API limits, data integrity, and cross-module connectivity.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 years in software development with a focus on business process automation and running smooth operations
• Architecture: Understanding non-functional requirements, latency, throughput, API rate limits
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Zoho Deluge (Zoho), Zoho Creator and Python especially backend and integrations
• Problem Solving: Ability to quickly prototype technical "quick fixes" and long-term tools to address operational bottlenecks.
