DevOps Engineer

We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer — Dubai, UAE

Full-Time | Mid-Senior | On-site

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security, and platform reliability for a greenfield fintech platform.

What You'll Own

• CI/CD Pipelines — GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / GitLab CI with SAST/DAST, container scanning, secret detection, and automated testing gates
• AWS — VPC segmentation, EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Route53, Lambda, EKS/ECS, NAT Gateway
• Azure — AKS, App Services, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps
• Infrastructure as Code — Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep with reusable modules and automated provisioning
• Containers — Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Helm charts, scaling and security
• Network Security — Cloudflare (Access, Tunnel, Gateway), WAF, Security Groups, SSM Session Manager, load balancers, auto-scaling
• Identity and Access — Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM/JIT, MFA, AWS SSO, IAM roles
• Secrets — AWS Secrets Manager, KMS, Azure Key Vault, automated rotation, repo scanning
• Monitoring — CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Microsoft Sentinel SIEM
• Release Management — Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling deployments
• Compliance — Audit logging, evidence collection, breach notification workflows
• Scripting — Bash, PowerShell, Python

What We're Looking For

• 3-7 years DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering experience
• Strong AWS and/or Azure production experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm hands-on
• CI/CD pipeline design and automation
• IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep)
• Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, Intune, Defender
• SIEM, centralized logging, and observability
• Secrets management, encryption, credential rotation
• DevSecOps integration in pipelines
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, CDN)
• Regulatory or compliance environment experience

Nice to Have

• Crypto/blockchain platform experience
• Microservices, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
• AWS cost optimization / FinOps
• Certs: CKA, Terraform Associate, AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, CISSP
• Platform engineering or SRE practices
