Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, containerization, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or similar tools.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and reliability of production environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux/Unix-based servers and environments.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and IT teams to streamline software delivery processes.
• Implement security best practices, access controls, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, infrastructure failures, and production incidents.
• Manage version control systems, particularly Git, and related branching strategies.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, or related roles.
• Strong experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as:
• Jenkins
• GitHub Actions
• GitLab CI/CD
• Azure DevOps
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking, DNS, Load Balancers, and security principles.
• Experience with Git and source code management practices.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and cloud security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Helm and Kubernetes deployment strategies.
• Experience with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools.
• Knowledge of database administration and cloud-managed databases.
• Experience in managing high-availability and scalable production environments.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Azure DevOps certifications will be an added advantage.
