Estimation Engineer

Company Description Linea Projects is a construction and project management firm that combines engineering rigor with hands-on execution in Dubai’s dynamic construction sector. Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000/month (non negotiable & depending on final interview)

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 2 weeks preferred

Requirement:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Experience in estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, costing and quantity take-offs.
• Experience with a main contractor, subcontractor, or construction company in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, subcontractor pricing and market rates.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documents.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.
