• *We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer (4–6 years) with hands-on experience in MERN stack, PostgreSQL, cloud deployments, CI/CD practices, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• *You will work under the guidance of the Full Stack Development Lead, contributing to scalable, secure, and high-performance systems in a transaction-driven platform environment.
• *AI is not optional in this role — we expect engineers to actively use AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.
• *Key Responsibilities
• *1️ Full Stack Development
• Develop backend services using Node.js & Express
• Build responsive UI components using React.js
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Optimize performance and scalability
• Fix bugs and enhance existing modules
• *2️ Database & Backend Logic
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL tables and queries
• Optimize indexes and performance
• Implement authentication (JWT / OAuth basics)
• Handle role-based access control
• Maintain data integrity across services
• *3️ Cloud & DevOps Exposure
• Deploy applications on AWS / GCP / Azure
• Work with Docker containers
• Support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / similar)
• Manage environment configurations
• Assist in staging and production releases

• Prevent XSS, CSRF, SQL injection
• Implement input validation and sanitization
