Full Stack Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Dubai.

The Full Stack

Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications, working across both front-end and back-end layers.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product owners, analysts, and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions, implementing clean and scalable code, and integrating APIs and third-party services. The role involves optimizing application performance, ensuring security and data protection best practices, and participating in code reviews and testing activities. The developer will also troubleshoot production issues, contribute to technical documentation, and support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, such as modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Robust back-end experience with one or more server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or similar) and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in database design and management, including relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, unit/integration testing, and code review processes.
• Understanding of security, data protection, and performance optimization in web applications, ideally in data-intensive or analytics-focused environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multicultural team and to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in analytics, data-driven products, or enterprise solutions is an advantage; familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial.
