Full Stack Developer

Company Description Trusity is a skill-tech platform and incubator, supported by Dubai (UAE) and TWorks (India), focused on building 21st century skills, digital literacy, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship capabilities in children and youth. The organization has launched the world’s first knowledge-grounded multi-AI agents platform to help students think like founders, act as problem-solvers, and grow as future leaders.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Dubai. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power Trusity’s learning and AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities include

• Building responsive front-end interfaces,
• Implementing robust back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring high performance and security across the stack.
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and education teams to translate user and business requirements into reliable technical solutions
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems.
• Participating in code reviews, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side logic.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, with experience creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Solid Software Development and Full-Stack Development experience across multiple layers of the application.
• Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, React, Python.
• Knowledge of GitHub, DyanamoDB, AWS services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
