Full-Stack Engineer

Core Backend Requirements

5–7 years of professional software engineering experience

Strong expertise in TypeScript and

Extensive production experience with

Strong experience with PostgreSQL (SQL), including:

Schema and index design

Transactions

Migrations

Strong experience with MongoDB (NoSQL), including:

Schema modeling

Query optimization

Experience building and maintaining REST APIs used by:

Mobile applications

Web applications

External partners

Frontend / Full-Stack Requirements

Solid experience building web applications using React and

Comfortable working with component-based architectures

Experience with API-driven frontend development

Familiarity with authentication and authorization flows

Ability to debug issues spanning API UI boundaries

Systems & Integrations

Strong understanding of:

Async workflows

Background jobs

Experience with:

Idempotency and retries

Race conditions and concurrency

Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhooks

Experience designing multi-step workflows such as:

Payments

Scheduling

Renewals

Infrastructure & Operations

Experience deploying and operating services on AWS

Hands-on experience with Docker

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Comfortable debugging production issues across the stack
