Full Stack Java Developer

📌 Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Senior Java/Spring Developer (5–7 years experience) with hands-on expertise in building scalable enterprise applications and exposure to AI-assisted development tools and workflows. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality web applications while leveraging modern AI technologies to improve development efficiency and automation.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Framework
• Work on AI-assisted development tools for code generation, optimization, and automation
• Develop and enhance web-based applications with focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams for interface validation and screen integration
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems
• Work in Agile environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and delivery cycles
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution

💡 Required Skills &

Experience

• 5–7 years of strong experience in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
• Solid experience in web application development and backend systems
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM-based tools, etc.)
• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
• Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
