General Manager

WE'RE HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER, PERFUME DIVISION

FARHOOD GROUP is looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to oversee our perfume manufacturing facility and lead the overall growth and performance of our perfume business.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant managerial experience in the UAE perfume industry.
• Strong knowledge of perfume manufacturing and factory operations.
• Experience in business management, budgeting, sales, marketing and brand development.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage costs and drive business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire perfume manufacturing facility and daily operations.
• Manage production, quality control, inventory, procurement and workforce.
• Lead perfume brand management, product development and new product launches.
• Oversee sales, marketing coordination, business development and distribution.
• Manage budgets, operational costs, pricing and overall profitability.
• Lead teams across departments and report business performance to senior management.
