Infrastructure Estimation Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Estimation Engineer for earthwork with particular expertise in stormwater drainage and piping networks. with a solid technical understanding of infrastructure and civil construction works.

Responsibilities

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify the full scope of work.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates and rate analyses.
• Assess material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify scope gaps, technical discrepancies, exclusions, and pricing risks.
• Prepare complete, competitive technical and commercial tender submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience as an Infrastructure Estimation Engineer.
• Strong experience in quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimation, and tender pricing.
• Experience in stormwater drainage and piping networks and related infrastructure works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Good understanding of construction materials, methodologies, manpower, equipment, and productivity.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of estimation/QS software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience, particularly Abu Dhabi, is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
