TheL2 Engineer, IT Infra. Solutions – Wireless is responsible for the deployment, configuration, optimization, troubleshooting and support of enterprise wireless infrastructure across customer environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience with wireless LAN technologies, site surveys, RF optimization, controller-based and cloud-managed wireless solutions, and integration with enterprise network infrastructure.

The engineer will support both project implementations and troubleshooting.

Key resposibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot network incidents.

Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.

Manage VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security.

Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and documentation.

Escalate complex issues to L3 / vendor team when required.

Ensure compliance with network security policies.

Odoo (for ticket and contract management)

MS apps, M365, Sharepoint, Azure

Network Monitoring Tools

Experience

2–5years of network support experience.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, and VPN.

Experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Fortinet networking devices.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar).

CCNA certification preferred; CCNP is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
