IT Support

Requirements

• 2–3 years of IT Support experience in healthcare
• Experience with ADHICS, AAMEN, and JAWDA standards
• Experience supporting IT audits, compliance, and regulatory inspections
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and IT documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting
• UAE healthcare experience required
• Immediate availability is an advantage
