Job Responsibilities

What the Client is Looking For The client is specifically looking for a hands-on Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Java Developer who can:

• Actively develop modules while leading by example
• Support project planning, execution, and delivery monitoring
• Work in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Provide technical guidance to development teams
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development
• Take ownership of delivery while remaining a strong team player
• This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth + delivery ownership + leadership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of application development activities throughout the software development lifecycle

Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timelines, quality, and budget expectations.

• Contribute to Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project implementation

Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and team members

Identify project risks, blockers, and issues, and support mitigation strategies

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful collaboration

• Track progress, KPIs, and provide regular updates to management/stakeholders.
• Take an active part in hands-on development of modules alongside the team
• Develop and support web applications using:

Java

JavaScript

HTML / CSS jQuery / Bootstrap

Build or support frontend applications using

React

React Native

• Foster a positive team culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software/application/system development projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java development
• Good exposure to full stack web development

Strong knowledge of

JavaScript

HTML

CSS jQuery

Bootstrap

Hands-on experience with

React

React Native

Experience in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project delivery methodologies

Ability to work in a lead / ownership role while remaining hands-on in coding

Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
