About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team at SSC HR Solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and workplace policies.
Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR services.
