We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team at SSC HR Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or recruitment roles, ideally within a consulting or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and workplace policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR services.
