L2 Data Center Engineer – Nutanix

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled L2 Data Center Engineer with strong experience in Nutanix infrastructure to manage, support, and optimize data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Nutanix HCI infrastructure

• Perform cluster configuration, upgrades, and patching

• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity

• Handle incident management (L2 level) and root cause analysis

• Work on backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans

• Collaborate with L1 teams and vendors for issue resolution

• Maintain documentation and SOPs

Requirements

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Nutanix AHV, Prism, AOS

• Good knowledge of virtualization concepts

• Experience in storage, compute, and networking in DC environments

• Familiarity with backup tools and DR strategies

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Certifications

• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP)

VMware or other virtualization certifications (optional)
