We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, performance, and professional growth. The role involves designing and implementing learning strategies, developing training programs, identifying capability gaps, and evaluating learning effectiveness. You will collaborate with department leaders and internal stakeholders to understand organizational needs and create engaging development solutions aligned with business objectives.

The Learning & Development Manager will oversee learning content, workshops, leadership development, onboarding programs, and career development initiatives while promoting a continuous learning culture. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, data-driven, and passionate about helping people and organizations achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, instructional design, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Ability to design structured training programs and learning pathways aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills with the ability to measure learning impact and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and training technologies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
