We’re Hiring: Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer
Abu Dhabi | 6-Month Renewable Contract
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join a high-impact technology team working on advanced intelligent systems and data-driven solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and production-grade machine learning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize LLM-powered applications for processing complex technical and regulatory content
- Build NLP and semantic search solutions using modern GenAI frameworks and RAG architectures
- Develop forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection models for business and operational insights
- Create scalable ML pipelines and deploy models into production environments
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering and business teams to deliver AI solutions for real-world use cases
- Improve model performance, monitoring, and continuous retraining workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit learn, Pandas, and NumPy
- Experience with LLMs, transformer models, Hugging Face, LangChain, and GenAI applications
- Good understanding of MLOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or similar tools
- Experience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Ability to work in agile, fast-paced engineering environments
Preferred:
- Experience with RAG pipelines, semantic search, and prompt engineering
- Exposure to optimization algorithms, forecasting models, or risk analytics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
