Integrity Accounting Services (IAS) is a Dubai-based tax, accounting and business advisory firm established in 2013, serving domestic and international companies operating in the UAE and the wider GCC. An FTA-registered Tax Agency since 2019 and the exclusive UAE member of IR Global, IAS provides Corporate Tax, VAT, Excise, Transfer Pricing, tax advisory and FTA representation services to more than 1,000 clients.

IAS works alongside Fathiya Lutfi Chartered Accountants, an independent audit practice founded in 1999 and approved across major UAE financial centres and free zones, which delivers external and internal audit, litigation support and expert accounting opinions. Together, the two practices offer clients an integrated service spanning accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, audit and business advisory.

Our clients range from listed companies and multinational groups to SMEs and entrepreneurs across trading, real estate, construction, technology, healthcare, education, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics and retail.

Role Description The Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, reporting to the Growth and Client Relationship Manager. The role is primarily focused on marketing, content, social media and brand development, with additional support for business development research and coordination.

Day to day, the Marketing Associate will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage and grow IAS's LinkedIn and Instagram presence, create posts, reels, videos and articles on tax, accounting, audit and business topics, support website content and SEO, coordinate webinars, events and external agencies, and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels. The role also includes market and competitor research, campaign performance tracking, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, maintaining marketing databases, and supporting lead generation by researching potential B2B partners and arranging meetings for the BD team.

What We're Looking For

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or content, ideally in professional services or the financial, tax or accounting sector in the UAE

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred)

· Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to write clearly for a professional audience and present information confidently

· Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, and of digital and traditional marketing channels

· Market research and analytical skills, with the ability to track campaign performance and turn findings into reports

· Sales awareness, with the ability to support lead generation and collaborate with client-facing teams

· Strong organisation and project management skills, able to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines

· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

· Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms and social media management tools; Canva, basic video editing and basic SEO are an advantage

· Arabic language skills are an advantage

· Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment with a high standard of integrity and professionalism
