We're looking for a hands-on Network Security Engineer to support our day-to-day IT, network, and security operations. This role combines systems administration, networking, cloud identity, and security operations, working closely with senior engineers to maintain a secure and reliable environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1st & 2nd line support across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Provision, image, patch, and manage endpoints and IT assets
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and access control
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, JumpCloud, and Cloudflare
• Support AWS user access and monitoring
• Manage and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, routing, and switching
• Support identity management (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
• Assist with incident response, vulnerability analysis, and security auditing
• Monitor systems and networks, respond to alerts, and maintain security baselines
• Use Jira and GitHub for ticketing, documentation, and configuration management

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT Support, Systems Administration, or Network Engineering experience
• CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
• Strong networking knowledge including routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and cloud identity management
• Familiarity with JumpCloud, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access
• Exposure to incident response, vulnerability management, or security auditing
• Experience with Jira and GitHub
• Comfortable using Bash or PowerShell command line
• Strong English communication skills and a security-first mindset

Nice to Have

• Cloudflare Zero Trust, JumpCloud, or MikroTik (RouterOS) experience it must be
• Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Network , Security , MD-102, or AZ-104 certifications
• VMware or Hyper-V experience
