Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage all odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, HR, and Projects
• Analyze client workflows and translate business needs into system configurations
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and user guidance
• Train users on system usage and best practices
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations when required
• Support system testing, implementation, and post-go-live operations

Skills:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Hands-on experience across multiple odoo modules
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to support users and improve workflows across departments.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience working with odoo implementations and support
