Role Description

Are you obsessed with driving exceptional sales for fashion, fitness, and food brands through data-driven ads? Fab Digital is looking for a dynamic Performance Marketer to join our full-time team and elevate our clients' e-commerce performance across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.

What you’ll do

Run and scale ads on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google
Work on fashion, fitness, and food brands
Test creatives and audiences; improve results daily
Use AI tools to speed up ideas, testing, and reporting
Track performance and share clear weekly action plans
should have a good skill for basic video edits and graphics

What you bring

3+ years in performance marketing(Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads)
Proven results growing D2C/e-commerce brands
Short-form video ad experience Have a eye for creatives
Managed USD 50,000+ in ad spend
AI skill: use AI features in ad platforms and trusted tools to plan, create variations, and optimise
AI mindset: eager to learn new AI methods and apply them in real work
Clear communication and teamwork
Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant marketing tools
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
