Personal Assistant

We're looking for a Personal Assistant who genuinely thrives in chaos. This is an entry-level role, we're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for the right person.

Not the kind who manages a quiet inbox and calls it a day.

The kind who's already packed a bag before the flight is booked. Who walks onto a shoot and immediately knows what needs to happen. Who can run a household, manage a schedule, handle correspondence and do all of it without being asked twice.

This role is everything. You're the person who makes sure the Founder is always prepared, always on time, and always at his best whether that's in the office, on location, or at home.

Here's what you'll actually be doing:

— Traveling with and supporting the Founder on shoots and trips

— Managing the household: logistics, vendors, day-to-day operations

— Owning the calendar, scheduling, and all correspondence

— Being the first call when anything needs to get done
