Personal Trainer

Full Time Coach | F45 Training Jumeirah Park and F45 Training Arjan, Dubai

We are hiring a full time coach to join our team across two studios: F45 Jumeirah Park and F45 Arjan.

Jumeirah Park is an established, busy studio with a strong community. Arjan is our newer studio and we are building it up together, so this is a great time to join and grow with us.

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people. Someone friendly, caring and hungry for growth, who wants to be part of a community and not just coach a class and go home.

THE ROLE

• Coach between 80 and 90 classes a month across both studios
• Be flexible with your schedule and happy to work between Jumeirah Park and Arjan
• Take on 5 to 10 hours a week of studio admin on top of coaching
• Coach every member properly: correct form, the right progressions and modifications, and real attention in every class
• Welcome trial guests and first timers and help turn them into members
• Support member retention, InBody check ins and our F45 Challenge periods
• Help create content for our studio Instagram
• Show up for the community: studio events, partner events and our Sunday Run Club

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Personal training or group coaching experience
• A team player who backs the other coaches and jumps in when needed
• Someone who cares about our members and remembers their names, goals and milestones
• Great energy and confident communication with a full room
• Reliable, on time and professional
• Flexibility, which is very important to us
• Willing to complete F45 Academy courses and keep learning
• Nutrition coaching experience is a plus, not a must

WHAT YOU GET

• A full time role across two F45 studios in Dubai
• Ongoing education through F45 Academy
• A close team and a community that really shows up
• Room to grow with us as Arjan builds

HOW TO APPLY

Send your CV to arjan@f45training.ae with the subject line "Full Time Coach". If we like what we see, we will give you a call, ask you for a short intro video, invite you to take two F45 classes with us, and then bring you in for an interview and shadow session.

We look forward to meeting you.
