Planning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong UAE Real Estate Developer experience to lead Planning & Project Controls across the full project lifecycle, including Pre-Development, Development, Construction, Handover & Close-Out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrated Master Planning using Primavera P6/MS Project
• Project Controls, Progress Monitoring & Executive Reporting
• Pre-Development Planning, Feasibility & Development Programs
• Authority Approvals Management
• RERA Registration, Escrow & Regulatory Compliance Tracking
• Cash Flow Forecasting & Commercial Planning
• Coordination with Development, Design, PM, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal & Construction Teams
• Sales & Marketing Launch Readiness Planning
• Client / Investor Progress Updates & Reporting
• Power BI Dashboards, AI Tools & Digital Reporting Initiatives
• EOT Reviews, Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8–12 years’ experience in Planning & Project Controls
• Experience working with a UAE Real Estate Developer
• Experience in Residential, Mixed-Use, Villa & High-Rise Developments
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced Excel
• Understanding of Dubai Authority Approvals & Development Processes
• PMP / RICS / AACE / NICMAR qualifications preferred
