Program Manager

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Program Manager role responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing programs that support the mission of مجتمع العلاقات العامة.

The Program

Manager will design program timelines, define objectives, and manage deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, organizing virtual events or initiatives, monitoring project progress, and preparing status reports. The role involves managing budgets and resources for assigned programs, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to keep initiatives on track.

The Program

Manager will also contribute to improving processes, gathering feedback from participants, and supporting communication efforts related to program promotion and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
• Stakeholder coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess program performance and address challenges.
• Experience or strong interest in public relations, communications, or related fields.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools and basic productivity software (e.g., calendars, spreadsheets, project boards).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience managing programs, events, or community initiatives is an advantage.
