Program Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Risk/Compliance, or related discipline.
• Professional project management certification preferred: PMI

Experience:

• 10+ years in business continuity / disaster recovery / resilience governance / Information or cyber security / IT operations or management, including experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven project or program management of large complex projects/programs delivering IT and Business Continuity / IT DR solutions.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

-Lead, manage and support program and project execution and operationalization of Governance, Policy and Frameworks including the below areas of experience.

• Developing and managing the delivery of each sub-program of work.
• Conduct program and project risk assessments and manage project/program risk and issues register.
• Ensure project/program is managed according to ADNOC Project Management requirements.
• Maintaining project documentation
• Communicating with project/program stakeholders and providing regular progress/status reports.
• Ensure delivery of project/program artefacts and milestones on time.
• Ensure quality plans are developed for all deliverables and ensure quality checking and validation takes place for all deliverables.
