Project coordinator

Most coordinator roles keep you three layers away from decisions.

This one puts you in the room.

CoinQuant, the AI platform where anyone can build trading strategies on real data, is hiring a Project Coordinator.

On-site. Dubai or Beirut. Non-negotiable.

The job

Work directly with the founder, Head of Engineering, product, and engineers.

Coordinate across 3 engineering teams: Trading, Product, Platform.

Track everything. Chase everything. Unblock everyone.

Keep shipping on schedule.

The context

15,000+ registered users.

100,000+ research and backtest sessions.

HQ in Dubai, team across Dubai, India, Pakistan, Philippines and Beirut.

The person

Early career and hungry.

Organized to a fault.

Treats the job description as a floor, not a ceiling.

Wants a front-row seat to how a startup actually gets built, and to grow with it.
