Python Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Python Django Developer with 7–9 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), databases, API development, and cloud integrations, with proven experience working on ERP, SaaS, and enterprise-level applications.

The candidate will work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and other technical teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other database technologies.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance ERP, SaaS, and enterprise software solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, and external systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Perform debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Support existing applications and implement new features and enhancements as required.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective and scalable solutions.
• Ensure applications follow appropriate security, coding, and development best practices.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.
• Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams where required for deployment and application maintenance.

## Preferred Experience

• Experience developing ERP or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and scalable systems.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and task queues such as Celery and Redis.
• Experience with automated testing and test-driven development.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.

## Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
