Sales Manager

Job description:

Zedor Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and take a key role in driving sales across our portfolio of residential developments in Dubai.

The Sales Manager will lead client relationships and property sales from first contact through to transaction closure. This role calls for someone commercially sharp, confident with buyers and brokers alike, and motivated by targets. You will represent Zedor's projects, build our agency network, and contribute directly to the company's growth at an exciting stage of our journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a UAE real estate developer (mandatory)
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
• Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, and customer service.
• Solid sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in converting leads, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Dubai or the wider UAE, and familiarity with residential property sales processes.
• Proficiency in basic office and CRM software to track interactions, update records, and generate reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in real estate, property development, or a client-facing role in a related industry is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
