Senior System Engineer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute robust infrastructure deployments encompassing server hardware, enterprise storage, backup systems, and virtualization layers.
• Install, Configure, Administer and optimize server, storage hardware various vendors.
• Deploy and oversee enterprise backup operations to guarantee rapid data recovery and strict compliance.
• Build, tune, and maintain AI/HCI infra.
• Drive the administration, hardening, and troubleshooting of core Linux environments, specializing in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Deploy and manage containerized application workflows using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Drive infrastructure lifecycle management, including capacity planning, hardware upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Partner with internal cross-functional groups and external technology vendors to execute seamless infrastructure transformations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of professional background specializing in systems engineering or backend infrastructure operations.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with server, storage architectures.
• Demonstrated experience deploying and maintaining backup frameworks.
• Advanced capability in administering Nutanix HCI and VMware hypervisors.
• Comprehensive expertise in Linux system administration, with a strong emphasis on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Practical experience managing container platforms like Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes in production.
• Background in system integrator (SI) environments handling multi-vendor hardware and software solutions.
• Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving talents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry-recognized credentials such as Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Commvault Professional, Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), or VMware VCP, Servers, Storage
• Direct exposure to hybrid cloud infrastructure management and migration projects.
