For 13 years, we've been building a free and secure future in fintech and Web3! Right now, to strengthen our marketing team, we're on the hunt for a strong SMM Manager!

What you'll do:

— Write engaging copy and create visuals (AI + brand templates).

— Track trends and react to news in real-time (X/Reddit/Telegram).

— Monitor and manage negative feedback — fast and professional.

— Produce short-form video content (AI / screencasting).

— Run paid campaigns to boost content performance.

— Collect analytics and track traffic from social channels.

What you bring:

— 2–3+ years in SMM (Web3 / Fintech / IT experience is a plus).

— English B2+ — fluent and confident.

— Strong copywriting and crisis management skills.

— Hands-on with Figma, GA4, ChatGPT/Claude (paid versions).

— Deep knowledge of X, Telegram, Reddit, IG, TikTok, YouTube.

Nice to have:

— Midjourney / AI video tools, Jira, TGStat, Brand24.

— Experience with podcasts, Spaces, or live sessions.
