The Role We are looking for a Software Developer to contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of software applications and digital solutions. The role involves developing features, troubleshooting technical issues, working with project requirements, and collaborating with other teams to deliver reliable software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve software applications and digital solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Develop and enhance application features, modules, and functionality.
• Test software functionality and identify and resolve technical issues.
• Debug applications and investigate performance or functionality problems.
• Work with databases, APIs, integrations, and related development components.
• Review existing code and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Maintain technical documentation, development records, and project information.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in software testing, deployment, updates, and maintenance activities.
• Track development tasks, priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Stay informed about relevant development tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvements to software development processes and solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development or a related technology role preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Good understanding of software development principles and programming concepts.
• Experience with one or more programming languages and development frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, version control, and software testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple development tasks and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working with remote development and collaboration tools.
• Previous remote or project-based development experience is an advantage.
