As a Structural Engineer, you will be Managing and assessing the condition of existing concrete structures, Developing effective repair and strengthening solutions tailored to project needs, Preparing structural designs, calculations, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate the condition of existing concrete structures
• Develop effective repair and strengthening solutions tailored to project requirements
• Prepare structural designs, calculations, and technical documentation
• Support project execution across all phases — from concept and design through to construction and completion
• Apply sound engineering judgment in the selection of repair techniques and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure all designs and solutions comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Concrete Repair and Strengthening
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete design and strengthening techniques
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent chartered/registered engineer status preferred
• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, IStructE, ACI) is a plus
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, RAM Concept, or manufacturer-specific tools such as Sika, MAPEI, Fosroc)
• Experience with condition assessment, structural investigation, and forensic engineering preferred
• Familiarity with repair materials, including epoxy systems, carbon-fibre reinforced polymers (CFRP), repair mortars, corrosion inhibitors, and grouts
