We're Hiring: Structural Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level)

Location: Dubai Office

Industry: Residential, Industrial & Large-Scale Luxury Building Projects (including Waterfront Villas, Lagoons & Swimming Pools)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have a balanced background in structural design, site supervision, and drafting, with the ability to support projects from design development through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structural designs, calculations, and engineering reports.
• Produce and review structural drawings, detailing, and drafting using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve structural issues during construction.
• Assist in project coordination, design development, and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable design codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• Hands-on site experience in residential, industrial, or luxury building projects.
• Strong drafting and detailing experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000.
• Knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel design.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with waterfront villas, lagoons, swimming pools, or other luxury developments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards is preferred.
